Catherine is very strong as an agent in the Lincoln Square condominium area where we sold using Catherine as our listing agent. Catherine knows how to walk through with prospective buyers my condo, whether it be between an open house or a reserved date/time. Catherine also cleaned up after each showing and would turn all lights off, etc., when either the open house or planned date for the prospective buyer(s) was over. Her style, after reviewing her and prospective bikers on my camera/audio system, is very strong yet not pushy or too "in the face" of a prospective buyer.
